Find your way around Farmlync
Farmlync shows only the features that apply to your role, farm type and plan. Start by checking the organisation and farm in the header. The Farm portal is for everyday records; the Admin portal is for organisation-wide setup and access.
Farm portal

Some specialist pages appear within a feature after you open its overview. For example, Health includes Treatments, Vaccinations, Mastitis, Health checks, Body condition, Growth, Hoof trims and Vet visits. Milk includes Buyers, Routes, Deliveries, Reconciliation and price/formula pages. Inventory includes Products, Animal Health, Feed Stock, Supplies, Deliveries, Purchase list, Purchase orders and Stock takes. Use the feature’s tabs or submenu to move between those pages.

Platform administrators also see Platform, Billing and System sections for all-organisation controls. Their operating procedures are kept in Farmlync’s protected internal documentation. Support agents have a separate Staff workspace; a customer farm role does not grant it.
If you cannot find a screen
Section titled “If you cannot find a screen”Check the selected farm, whether the feature applies to Dairy or Beef, your farm role and the organisation’s plan. A disabled module can hide its menu. If you were invited recently, finish accepting the invitation and refresh your session. Ask your organisation administrator to review access rather than using someone else’s account.
