Withdrawal calendar and treatment summary

What these pages help you do

Open Operations → Reports → Browse all reports. Withdrawal Calendar helps you plan around recorded milk and meat withdrawal end dates. Treatment Summary compares medical-treatment volume, outcomes and costs by disease or medicine. Both use the selected farm’s records, but they have different date rules and neither replaces the animal’s current health and withdrawal record.

Withdrawal Calendar

The Window selector defaults to Next 30 days. Choose 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days to reload the preview. The report includes a treatment for a non-deleted animal assigned to the farm when its recorded milk or meat withdrawal end falls from farm-local today through today plus the selected number of days, inclusive. Thus the 7-day choice includes today and the seventh following day. A treatment with both dates can appear once, not once per date. Current limitation: the animal lookup does not filter by active status, so a sold, deceased or otherwise departed animal can remain in this report while its animal record remains retained.

Preview item	What it means
Active milk WDRs	Number of returned treatment rows with a milk withdrawal end date on or after today. It is not a count of distinct animals or all milk holds on the farm.
Active meat WDRs	Number of returned treatment rows with a meat withdrawal end date on or after today. A row can contribute to both headline counts.
Animal	The tag, name and national ID where available. Select it to inspect current animal records.
Disease, Drug, Treated	Recorded condition, medicine and farm-local treatment date. An empty disease or drug displays blank when that source value is absent.
Milk clear, Meat clear	Farm-local date of the respective recorded end instant. A dash means that treatment has no end date of that type. It does not establish that another treatment has no hold.
Days (milk)	Calendar-day difference between the milk-clear date and today. A zero, green or negative value is not proof that the exact end time has passed or that all other holds are clear.
Search animal, disease, drug…	Searches the loaded rows. The table displays 25 rows per page; search does not extend the report window.

Download PDF creates a printable list and the two headline counts. Download XLSX has a Calendar sheet with the treatment rows, including Days to Meat Clear (not in the preview table), and a Summary sheet with today’s date, lookahead and counts. The download buttons require a successful preview and are disabled in read-only support view. If loading fails, retry before relying on an empty result.

The current server order uses the milk-clear instant whenever one exists and otherwise the meat-clear instant. It is therefore not reliably ordered by the earliest clearance when a treatment has both dates. Use the displayed Milk clear and Meat clear columns rather than row position to prioritize work.

Safety check: this is a calendar of end dates within the chosen window, not a complete current-holds register. A hold ending later than the window is absent. A course awaiting completion is excluded because it has no trustworthy clear date to place on a calendar. The source can also return more than one treatment for an animal. Before putting milk in the tank or moving/selling an animal, inspect its current withdrawal state and treatment records and follow the applicable release procedure. Do not treat an empty calendar or a zero-day cell as clearance.

Treatment Summary

This page groups medical treatments for the selected farm; non-medical records are excluded. Group by starts at Disease and can be changed to Medicine. Disease grouping puts a missing/blank disease under Unspecified. Medicine grouping omits records without a drug name. A multi-medicine treatment is currently assigned only to its treatment-header medicine, which is copied from its first medicine line; secondary medicines do not receive their own group contribution. The table reloads when the grouping or date filters change; each row represents an aggregate, not an individual treatment.

From and To are optional. Leave both blank to include all recorded dates. A chosen From excludes treatments before it; a chosen To is sent as a timestamp bound. Important current limit: the client sends the selected date string without converting it to the end of the farm-local day, and the server compares treatment_date <= To. The final selected day can therefore be incomplete. For a reliable period-end comparison, use the Treatment History report and its treatment rows while this date-filter behavior is corrected.

Column	How to read it
Disease or Medicine	The grouping key. Changing Group by changes which records can be grouped, particularly unnamed medicines.
Treatments	Count of non-deleted medical treatment rows in the group and selected timestamp window. This is not a count of animals.
Animals	Distinct treated animal IDs represented by those rows.
Antibiotic	Count of rows whose recorded antibiotic flag is true; verify medicine classification in the underlying product.
Success rate	Recovered outcomes divided by outcomes recorded as Recovered, Failed, Chronic Management or Deceased. Unresolved rows are excluded from this denominator. A dash means no resolved outcome in the group.
Avg course	Mean recorded duration in days for rows that have duration_days. A dash means none has a duration.
Total cost	Sum of costs for rows not marked Cancelled. The treatment and animal counts can still include a cancelled row that remains non-deleted.
Avg cost	Average of non-null costs for non-cancelled rows. A dash means no eligible cost was recorded. This is not Total cost divided by all treatment rows.

Rows are ordered by treatment count, highest first. No treatments found for this period normally means that no rows matched the current grouping and dates; check both filters and, in Medicine mode, whether drug names were recorded. Current limitation: this page does not display its API error state, so the same empty message can also appear after a failed request. If the result is unexpected, retry and use Treatment History to confirm the underlying records. The page has no export or direct treatment-row action. Open Treatment History and an animal’s records to investigate a group’s individual cases before drawing a clinical or financial conclusion.
