Organisation overview — plan and usage
What this page helps you do
Section titled “What this page helps you do”Admin portal → Organisation is a read-only summary of your current organisation. Use it to confirm the organisation name and compare farm, animal and active-user usage with the subscription limits. This page has no edit form. To change a farm, open Farms. Tenant Administrators can use Tenant settings to change organisation-wide operating defaults; Farm Owners and Managers can open that page but cannot save those settings.
Read each card
Section titled “Read each card”| Card | What it shows |

| Subscription Plan | The current subscription’s plan code, or Not assigned when Farmlync cannot resolve a subscription plan. Open Billing & Plan for subscription actions. |
| Farms | All non-deleted farms in the organisation. If a finite max-farms limit is returned, the card shows the count of that limit. |
| Animals | Live usage reported by the max-animals quota provider, otherwise a dash. A finite limit is shown alongside usage. |
| Active Users | Active organisation memberships whose user account and membership have not been deleted. Support visits and pending invitations are excluded. A finite max-users limit is shown when available. |
| Member Since | Organisation creation date, formatted in the organisation timezone from Tenant Settings. |
An unlimited quota shows the current count without an of limit. While limits are loading, or if that separate request fails, Farmlync also temporarily shows the available farm and user counts without a limit and shows a dash for Animals. Use Retry in the subscription usage limits error. Do not interpret a bare count as proof of unlimited capacity; check Billing & Plan before admitting another farm, animal or user.
The Tenant settings button opens organisation settings. Only a Tenant Administrator or Platform Administrator can save changes there; Farm Owners and Managers should ask a Tenant Administrator. The organisation overview itself does not rename the organisation. Contact Farmlync Support when the customer business name needs correction. Use Farms for farm-level details and Organisation users for access.
If the organisation summary does not load, select Retry on its error message. If the organisation timezone cannot be loaded, the current page silently formats Member Since in UTC; confirm the saved timezone in Tenant Settings before relying on a boundary-date value. Confirm the organisation selected in the header before navigating to any linked management page.
