Why use this guide

The report catalogue helps you choose a report by the decision you need to make. Use it when a dashboard total is too broad and you need the underlying period, cohort or record detail.

Open Farm → Reports. The shelf groups reports by a practical question. Search by report name or subject. Choose the star on a report card to add it to your favourites; recent and favourite shortcuts help you reopen it. Open report goes to that report’s own filters and results. The selected farm, herd type, enabled modules and subscription determine what appears.

For any report, first set its period and filters. Then compare an unexpected number with its source list. A forecast or candidate score is a prompt to investigate, not a recorded future event.
