What this page helps you do

Browse all reports is the entry point for farm summaries and detailed analysis. Use search and favourites to find the report that answers a question, then inspect its filters and source period.

Open Operations → Reports → Browse all reports. Search for a report title, a question or an everyday farm term such as cell count, medicine book, dry cows or margin. The search accepts up to 200 characters; if no card matches, try a broader animal, health, production or cost term. The cards are grouped by the questions they answer.

The catalogue adapts to the selected farm. Dairy-only reports appear for dairy farms, beef-only reports appear for beef farms, and feed reports appear only when the farm’s subscription includes feed features. A missing card can therefore mean that the report does not apply to the herd type or current plan, rather than that search failed.

Open a report card to reach that report’s filters, table and charts. Its capability badges show what that page actually supports, such as an on-screen preview, CSV, PDF, XLSX or scheduled email. A star adds or removes a favourite for this user and farm. Favourites and up to five Recently opened reports appear at the top when no search is active, so recurring checks do not require another search. These shortcuts are stored in the current browser for that user and farm; they do not change report data and may not follow the user to another device or browser profile.

During an authorised support read session, the report cards remain available for inspection, but Farmlync hides favourites, recent history and write/export capabilities that the support session cannot use.

Schedule reports appears only when scheduled exports are included in the subscription and the session is allowed to change settings. It opens the schedule page; simply opening a report does not schedule or email it. Read Scheduled reports before setting a recipient or interpreting delivery status. Each report has its own date range, animal/pen filters, grain, calculations and export controls. For the catalogue of available report purposes, read Report catalogue.
